-conduct and document internal and external deliverables’ tests
-conduct user training and produce user guides.
-assist during project go-live to secure the final sign-off.
-conduct technical handover to support team to ensure quality of services to client.
40%-ENSURE CLIENTS’ BUSINESS FUNCTION RUNNABLE by
-provide technical assistance to support team.
-serve as 2nd level escalation in support operation.
-play part in ensuring SLA.
-address to clients’ enquiries and questions.
