DESKSIDE SUPPORT ENGINEER

Working location: Ang Mo Kio

Working hour: Office Hour (8am-5pm)

Salary: $2.5k

It is yearly renewable contract

Job Description :

As a Deskside Support Engineer, you are responsible for:

• To resolves issues present in a company's computer system
• Responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems
• To find out the issues from system and coordinate with vendors
• AV system – classroom Projector system, sound mixer, mics+speakers, Crestron system
• LCD projector – Panasonic LCD Projectors
• Video Conferencing – ZOOM / MS Teams which integrates with a pan/tilt/zoom camera
• Visualisers – document cameras (LUMENS)
• Video production – knows basic use of movie maker/Premiere Pro/iMovie and know how to upload to VIMEO/Youtube
