Full Stack Developer

In line with the Singapore SMART nation initiative, we are looking to start up and develop innovative web-based software applications and mobile-based applications that will be related to the HR and Recruitment business. We currently do not have a software development team and are looking for key personnel to start one. We will be making an investment into this project, and applying for government grants. Our strengths lie in the massive customer database that we have in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.  

The Company now deals primarily in four core areas of hardware business: Biometric Time Attendance, CCTV, Alarm, Access Control. Since 1994 the company is headquartered in Singapore and has established a major presence in Singapore for the distribution of Amano Japan punch card machines and Biometric Attendance machines. Our clientele ranges from the largest Government Agencies (eg. ST Aerospace, ST Kinetics, Attorney General’s Chambers, Singapore Power, NEA, MCCY) to the smallest business operations in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.  

In line with the upcoming IOT (Internet of Things) movement, The Company is looking to develop a software which can combine the Software Development Kits (SDK) of Biometric Attendance Devices, CCTV, Alarm Systems and Access Control hardware into a single integrated software solution. This software needs to have flexibility for customisation, is available as a web-based/desktop based application and also needs to be extended to mobile phone platforms.  

We are looking for key experienced personnel that have the experience and interest in the HRMS/Recruitment industry, who will be able to kickstart a team and see the project from end-to-end.  

Job Position (Full-Stack Developer) & Responsibilities

• Full stack understanding of web/mobile/API/SDK/ database development concepts and patterns  
• Work with front end and back end teams to coordinate, write and test code
• Experienced on application development using 3rd party APIs and integration
• AWS, Azure or any other Cloud platform certifications or experience is a bonus
• Keen to understand end-to-end business processes and takes data driven decisions
• Able to work with teams local and foreign to build solutions with customer experience, UX/UI as priority
• Has past experience and completed projects for high quality software with modular features
• Develop and maintain commercial software to be sold to the commercial industry in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia
• Work with Project Heads as to the development of such software. Requirements Possesses strong fundamentals on building an application from scratch, and has a portfolio of prior completed projects to show Familiar with Integrated Solutions especially with machine to software interfacing Able

Requirements

• Familiar with Integrated Solutions especially with machine to software interfacing  
• Able to manipulate SDKs with the help of manufacturers  
• Able to take on code written by others, and improve on and customise code written by others
• Writes clean code, think logically and solve problems
• Able to resolve and debug issues that will arise from the development work.
• Has prior front end and back end coding experience in one or more of the following: C#, PHP, Java, Javascript, React.Js, React Native, MYSQL, MSSQL, Firebase SQL, HTML5, .NET, MVC Knowledge
• Has experience in or willing to obtain certification for cloud-based software integration (Google, Alibaba, AWS, Microsoft Azure)
• Experience with the HRMS, Time Attendance and Payroll Industry will be highly considered and taken into consideration
