Position

At Accellion, we are focused on building solutions that enable millions of users to securely share files with the outside world. Our platform provides enterprise security and governance over content exchange, prevents data leaks, and protects against malicious cyber-attacks.

We are looking for a strong iOS Developer who has experience developing iOS applications. You will work on the latest, cutting-edge internet/software technology.

This position is based in our Singapore office; only Singapore citizens and permanent residents will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build applications for the Apple (iOS, Mac, etc.) platform.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of iOS experience; good knowledge of Objective-C and Swift.
• Experience with iOS frameworks, such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Understanding of the iOS release cycle, App Store, etc., and familiarity with CI/CD platform and pipelines.
• Experience with performance and memory tuning tools.
• Familiarity with Cloud Messaging APIs, push notifications, and Firebase integration.
• Familiarity with benchmarking and optimization tools for the Apple ecosystem.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with different architectural patterns, such as MVVM, VIPER, Redux, etc.

Additional Desired Skills

• Familiarity with RxSwift, ReactiveCocoa, Combine, and other functional frameworks.
• Familiarity with cross-platform development, such as Flutter and React Native.
