IT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities 

1. Manage IT infrastructure including network, hardware and software.

2. Administer and manage workstations, laptops, servers and related electronic equipment and systems including access control and security system. Respond to service request from end-users in a timely manner.

3. Direct the development, implementation and administration of all IT.

4. Perform Project management of IT initiatives.

5. Manage multiple areas of technology and several companies.

6. Preparation and management of IT operating and capital budgets.

7. Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements

8. Manage internal/external application upgrades.

9. Define and improve all system and network operations processes.

10. Negotiate contracts with suppliers for all software, hardware and consulting services.

11. Manage external vendors relationships and services.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in IT role.

2. Highly hands on with operational vision.

3. Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Information Technology.

4. Have a service excellence attitude.

5. Able to start immediately / short notice.
