Our client is a Healthcare-IT leader that digitalises, connects, and analyses Singapore’s Health ecosystem.

They are looking for IT Support Specialist to join their amazing team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt on-site support and applications troubleshooting to users.

• Support with the testing and installation of new applications and update patches.

• Training users on the use of the applications.

• Responsible for regular maintenance checks on the applications/software.

• Assist with administration matters and coordination such as preparing proposal, project documentation, and facilitation of meetings

Job Requirements:

• Relevant Professional Certificate / NITEC / Diploma (e.g. Computer science/engineering, Telecomm, IT)

• Experience in system/software troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of software implementation and SDLC methodology

• Able to work shift hours (Shift allowance will be given accordingly)

• Rotating 24hr on-call standby for application support

Other Info:

• Salary: $2,200 to $2,600

• Location: Kent ridge/Buona Vista

• Working hour: Shift work (Shift allowance given) , 44hrs/week
