IT Support Technician

- Good Credit in 'O' Level Chinese or equivalent standard, due to the nature of the work have to deal with Chinese language speaking only customers

Responsibilities:

• Installing and setup (Software configuration + Hardware) Point of Sales system for mainly Food & Beverage business
  
• Provide Work-flow engineering to F&B merchants , setup end-to-end operation system including but not limited to : Point of sales, eMenu, eWaiter Ordering, Table QR Code ordering, Queue Display , Online Ordering (with Google Partner App), Kitchen Progress Management , Inventory Management solution, Merchant Operation Data analytics report and backend data structuring.
• Provide Training to End-users
• Onsite/in-house trouble-shooting of Point of Sales System
• Attend to field service enquires, provide close follow up with all customer's requests and issues
• Prepare technical documents

Requirements:

• Have basic knowledge of IT, software or hardware (e.g. Cat6/5e, router usage), familiar with daily usage in Mobile app
• English and Mandarin speaking, as we have China based customer and Mandarin-speaking only customer
• Minimum qualification of GCE 'O' level / ITE / NITEC
• 2 years working experience in field service support and setting up of software, IT or Network equipment
• Entry-level candidates in IT related field are welcome
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
