Job Description - IT System Specialist

Experience in implementing and maintaining IT equipment and devices
Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting IT related devices, remotely and onsite
Able to resolve issues independently using online and offline resources
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate effectively in English , Mandarin, Malay and local dialects
Well organized and a quick learner, possesses initiative and leadership qualities
Proactive and self-directed, able to perform with minimal supervision and a team player
Needs to work outdoors and onsite frequently, must be both mentally and physically fit
Prepared to work long hours and on scheduled standby 24x7 support duties
MCSA, MCSE and CCNA certification or equivalent
A good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, HTML 5 and CS5
Linux, CSS, PHP, Java Script and MySQL will be an added advantage
