Program Manager

BORN Group is looking for a program manager with experience in managing large digital transformation programs involving multiple projects and streams of work. The position is based out of Singapore and will involve occasional travel.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and aligning with client business and program objectives, value and realization plans
• Developing program roadmap, critical milestones to support the goals and objectives
• Identifying projects, tracks, and workstreams required to achieve the program goals
• Manage scope and timeline for projects and workstreams
• Implement both internal and external governance (with clients) to monitor, track progress and take necessary actions
• Managing budget and adherence to financial goals
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and employee satisfaction. Focus on continuous improvement.
• Preparing program health dashboard to understand program health and take appropriate actions
• Managing a team of project managers, business analysts, scrum masters, and architects
• Analyzing program risks and implementing mitigation/contingencies
• Engage at CIO/CMO levels in the client organization and act as consultant and specialist in supporting them in reaching their goals
• Collaborate with pre-sales and client services teams in account mining activities
• Collaborate with internal teams in building program management assets and thought leadership
• Identify and execute initiatives that create customer excitement and consistently differentiate BORN as a partner by focusing on business outcomes for customers

Qualification and Skills:

• 5+ years' experience in managing large digital transformation programs
• Experience in managing multi-faceted programs involving UI, UX, content, cloud, SEO, Analytics along with e-commerce solution implementation
• Extensive experience with Agile is mandatory
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Able to travel within APAC region
• Fluent in speaking both English and Mandarin (As the client is Chinese based)
