Sales Manager (for enterprise)

Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of current sales programs in Singapore. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.

Job Description

  • Able to prepare and pitch a comprehensive business proposal
  • Preparing quotations, preparing RFP for large deals
  • Acquire new customers to meet Company’s sales target
  • Responsible for identifying new needs and business opportunities via customer interaction
  • Responsible for developing long term and profitable relationships from the given assigned list of clients
  • Responsible for maintaining warm and healthy post-sales relationships
  • Able to deal with objections, negotiate pricing and close sales in a timely fashion
  • Accountable for the analysis of customer needs, developing solutions, creating proposals, demonstrating product solutions and negotiating with customers and prospects
  • Work with partners in Singapore and across SEA to increase sales pipeline across different industries and channels
  • Coordinating with key personnel including presales, design, product managers and engineering teams


  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the B2B environment, with proven sales track records, preferably in government and/or e-commerce industries
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and listening skills
  • Strong initiative, achievement-oriented and a desire to take up challenges
  • Team player, self-motivated and driven
  • Strong negotiation skills, preferably to confidently and aggressively seek new business
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
