Senior Golang Developer

Location: Central (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract / Renewable basis

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.
• Architect full application solutions, including frontend, backend services, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations.
• Build responsive and modern user interfaces using React and/or Vue.js frameworks.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and microservices using Golang and TypeScript.
• Design and support e-payment and payment system integrations, ensuring secure and reliable transaction processing.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and OpenAPI specifications for scalable system integrations.
• Support AI/data-related features and backend processing using Python where applicable.
• Deploy, manage, and optimise applications within AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performing applications.
• Participate in troubleshooting, system optimisation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Min. 6 years of experience in full stack software development and application architecture design.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and/or Vue.js.
• Backend development experience using Golang and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and integrating payment gateways or e-payment systems would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Python for AI/data-related development would be advantageous.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and OpenAPI specifications.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
