Good learning skill, able to test and deploy new products and updates
Handle customers’ inquiry and conduct troubleshooting based on customers’ feedback
To gather product issues and communicate with technical team hence resolve the issues
Demonstrate good knowledge for web-based solutions and Internet security issues
Demonstrate sufficient networking and hardware installation and troubleshooting skills
IT forum support – reply customer inquiry in forum, feedback of technical as well as any other product-related issues
Good communication and documentation skills
Good time management and able to prioritize tasks and plan for best route
Requirements
Diploma/ITE/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Preferably candidate specializing in Networking & IT related Technical Support or equivalent
Knowledge of Linux would be advantages
Good oral and written communication skills
