System & IT Executive (Temp Staff / Immediate till March 2021) - (RL)

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support or desk side support to employees
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7/10, MS Office, and other common software (SW) and Hardware issue.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for Printers, VC, Projectors and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems to diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
• Updating self-help documents so employees can try to fix problems themselves
• Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory.
• Liaise and check with HQ for any system issue.
• Any other administrative duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in IT Support.
• Experience in troubleshooting / diagnosing of hardware /software faults
• Able to work independently & under pressure
