Job Description:

Installation and configuration of hardware and software systems
Monitor and maintain company’s IT infrastructure
Timely response to service issues and requests
Provision of technical support to clients
Conduct website management (Facilitation of server and hosting management with updating of website content)
Liaise with IT service providers to ensure smooth functionality of servers and networks

Job Requirements:

Technical background in Information Technology is required
Possess at least a Diploma/Specialised certification in IT or a related discipline
Willingness to learn and excel in this area of expertise
A team player with awesome communication and interpersonal skills
