Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and record incoming stock, ensuring that items are in good condition and match the order specifications.
• Load and unload stock, ensuring proper handling of IT products such as servers, printers, PCs, monitors, etc.
• Pick and pack items for dispatch according to customer orders, including labeling and preparing for delivery.
• Work closely with the Sales Department to fulfill sales order requirements and ensure timely dispatch.
• Conduct periodic stock takes in an organized and efficient manner
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Perform other ad-hoc duties if required

Requirements:

• Able to start immediately will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT products (e.g., servers, printers, computers) is a plus
• Able to carry heavy items (such as servers, printers, PCs, and monitors) and operate a pallet jack.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail when managing stock and preparing orders.
• Team-oriented individual with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
