Job Description - Inventory / Logistic Assistant

All inventories for the company
Monitoring of all stocks movement, actual and system
Maintaining stock documentations.
Coordinate the incoming of stock with logistic forwarder and warehousing. Including all paperwork and documents.
Quantity and quality check on all incoming inventory stock with the warehousing team assistance within the time frame.
Stock Check: Conduct and audit all stock-taking with warehousing. Report stock discrepancy and conduct investigation.
Check and confirm orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Perform inventory control and keep quality standards high for audits
Prepare, collect and send invoices to appropriate department
Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
Experience with stock management software is an advantage.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
Fast learner and a keen eye for detail.
Entry-level applicants are welcome
Training will be provided.
Any ad-hoc work as prescribed by the superior.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
