Warehouse Assistant

Reporting to the Director, you will expect to handle full spectrum of accounting duties and administrative duties.

• Handle full set of accounts - AR/AP/GL
• Handle Cashflow
• Handle petty cash disbursements
• Handle month end and year end closing
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned 
• Perform bank reconciliation 
• liaising with customer and vendors 
• Handle GST and Tax filing 
• Processing of invoice to customer 
• Processing of  invoice from vendor
• Able to work independently 
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese customer
