• Reach out to customers and verify account information
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and ways to improve customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
• Singaporean or PR based in Singapore
• Able to commit 3 months
• Studying for Diploma or Undergraduate or higher
• Proficient in written English
• Comfortable to work with spreadsheets, word documents, email and common software
• Able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Meticulous in his or her work
• Prior experience with customer service is a bonus
