Baker & Cake Decorator (Intern)

Job Scope:

• Rotation between baking & frosting department and get to learn different skillsets
• On the job training provided 
• Making of sauces & fillings
• Production of sponges, cakes
• Production of desserts such as macarons and cupcakes
• Finishing and piping of desserts
• Layering of cakes
• Frosting of cakes
• Decoration of cakes using different ingredients and methods 

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only 
• 6 days work week
• Passionate about cakes and seek for high quality and standards in your work 
• Responsible and able to ensure accuracy in all of his/her works
• Proactive and a great team player, able to work well with others 
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Highly motivated and responsible individual
• Some experience is preferred but not necessary, we are looking for someone with the right attitude
