Job Description - Assistant Food Technologist

Job Description:

Assist in Research and Development projects
Perform factory documentation and archiving
Conduct product innovation, improvement, application, and sensory evaluation studies for new product development
Ensure product is in accordance to regulation and standard, compliance with legislation and certification
Conduct shelf life studies, production process and troubleshooting issues by providing technical solution supports
Implement and manage food safety ISO22000 and quality assurance programme in production kitchen
Perform ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior

Requirement:

Degree or diploma in food science, food technology or equivalent
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Strong interpersonal, excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge in HACCP, ISO22000 & GMP requirement will be advantage
