IT Assistant

Job Responsibilities • Provide onsite/offsite IT consultation on any day to day IT operation issues • Provide remote access support on day to day IT operational issues • Liaise with internal departments on technical solutions and solution implementation • Diagnosing and resolving faults by providing support and troubleshoot hardware and software onsite/offsite • Setup new user accounts and profiles Job Requirements • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate diploma, preferably in IT field • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required • Required Skills(s): hardware selection, hardware integration, hardware testing • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent Interested candidates are invited to apply online with a comprehensive resume.
