Job Responsibility:

• Preparation of Food / display
• Assist in supervising the daily operation of the kitchen
• Ensure to meet the quality standard and presentation of all food items
• Assist in the making recipes and maintaining updated and accurate costing of all dishes prepared and sold
• Must present a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:

• Experience in Hotel or Club kitchen
• Able to Rotate 3 shift according to roaster,1 off day a week
• Ability to handle emergency situation and providing solution.
• Creative with eyes for details
• Enjoy being challenged
