Operation Clerk (Shift work) above 2k with OT

Roles & Responsibilities 1) Monitor daily operational processes via phone and e-mail 2) Coordinate jobs for Technicians 3) Attend & respond promptly to customers’ enquiries 4) Monitor spare part usage and arrange for necessary restock 5) Assist to update e-Depot, e-MNR System and Shipping Lines MNR System and billing submission. 6) Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors. Requirements Minimum ‘N’ level/ITE Certificate or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in similar capacity will be an advantage. Male working Environment. Able to deal with high stress work pace/volume Team player with positive work attitude. Pro-active and meticulous. Computer literate, MS Excel/Word proficient
