Part-Time Admin Assistant (Hourly Pay + Travelling Allowance)

The role requires travelling around central and east and duties vary on a day-to-day basis. Database maintenance using MS Office and Dropbox Communicate with clients to arrange signing or collection of documents Assist in filling up on forms and preparation of documents Submission of documents to office in Tampines Going to the bank to deposit cheques Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting supervisor may require Assist in personal tasks such as shopping of gifts and any other assigned tasks Requirements Knowledge of office management systems and procedures MS Office and English proficiency Outstanding problem-solving, organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality
