1yr Contract, Finance Executive (REIT) ($4,000) - BLL

 Job Scope:

  
Preparation of monthly reports for Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and Management Company reporting which includes quarterly SGX reports and Board results paper for REIT group accounts.
  
Assist in interest, derivatives and trust expenses accounting for the REIT as well as full set of accounts keeping for the Management Company.
  
Provide support in month-end closing, group consolidation, budget and forecast activities, preparation of audit, tax, schedules and GST reporting as well as annual financial statements and their related FRS disclosures.
  
Involve in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required to support business requirements.



Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent

• Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry.

• Well-versed in SFRS, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements.

• Experience with SAP system and/or real estate knowledge would have an added advantage.

• Candidates with prior working experience in REITs or public listed companies will have an added advantage.
