Traineeship Description:
This   position reports to the Senior Finance Manager of Accounts Payable (AP) and   interfaces with AP team, users/teams across Singtel & NCS and vendors.   The shortlisted candidate will be exposed to various AP functions and gain   system experience in SAP, Concur & Citidirect.


Responsibilities :
Provide   support in AP operations, BPO AP quality assurance and other AP projects that includes UAT and   data migration.


What you can Learn:
Staff claim processing, reconciliation and audit checks

AP invoice processing & payment

AP reporting (preparation & analysis)

BPO AP quality assurance (guidance, quality review, SLA tracking &   follow up)

Support AP projects implementation (requirement gathering, UAT &   data migration)


Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy
Recent graduates (2019 & 2020) and those with working experience (graduated 2018 or earlier) may apply.
Recent graduates should possess the minimum qualification specified.
The minimum qualification may be waived for those with working experience.
