Job Description - Admin & Accounts - Part-Time

Job summary
Seeking a qualified and detail-oriented individual Admin & Accounts Specialist Handle administrative tasks and manage financial transactions
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
• Administer day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies. • Process and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. • Execute monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. • Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance coordination. • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. • Generate financial reports and assist in budget preparation. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide administrative support as needed. • Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance in payroll processing. • Collaborate with external auditors during periodic audits.
• Minimum GCE O Levels/ Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles. • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements especially liaising with the Corporate Secretary on the filing of Government’s requirements. • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. • Candidates with significant experience will be evaluated for a more Senior role.
