Client Documentation Specialist (Tier 1 Private Bank)

My client is a leading global private bank and they are looking for a Client Documentation Specialist.


Job Description:

  
Conduct reviews of private wealth managed accounts documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of all sourced data.
  
Process account opening and account structure change matters, including change of beneficial owner, power of attorneys and constitutional document update.
  
Take reasonable measures to establish the relevant client’s or beneficial owner’s source of wealth and the

source of funds that will be involved in the existing business relationship.
  
Ensure any deficiencies in the account documents are accurately tracked and properly escalated.
  
Provide support to other departments in various activities such as signature verification and information retrieval.
  
Notify relevant teams to open/amend client static data in the system in a timely manner.
  
Work with the legal and compliance team and other stakeholders on documentation requirements.
  
Ensure adherence and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory laws.
  
Provide support to internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers, Client Advisors, Business Risk Management etc.

Requirements:

  
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required
  
Experience in screening is advantageous
  
Experience working in Corporate and/or Private Banks preferred
  
Possess initiative, strong accountability and good communication skills

1-year contract, highly renewable
