Traineeship Description
This Traineeship Programme is under the SGUnited Mid-Career Pathways Traineeship which will run for a period of 9 months.


Job Description:

  
Follow-up with customers for their due outstanding in the month and work closely with sales representative on any issues arises from the follow-up.
  
Performs payment clearing using the mCollector tools and SAP.
  
Liaise with customers and Business units on claims, refunds, disputes and payments.
  
Assist Credit Control Executive in reviewing and releasing of orders under credit hold.
  
Sends Statement of Accounts to customers every beginning of the month.
  
Works closely with Business Process Outsource (BPO) team for payment clearing.

Requirements

  
Minimum "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  
Graduated and completed National Service before 2018.
  
Keen interest in Finance and able to work cross functionally.
