Role Summary
We are looking for a highly competent and experienced Functional Lead to analyse and develop a business operating model and data strategy for the Enterprise Entitlements framework, called Entitlements as a Service. You will be responsible for coming up with a governance model that provides a clear oversight of people, technology and data, alongside a Technical Lead and existing development teams.
You are a capable delivery lead who enjoys working in data centric role and understands business objectives well. Your insights and analysis of the Entitlements framework will ensure a consistent and secure delivery of data throughout the whole CCIB organization. As a self-sufficient individual, you are comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple stakeholders, systems and products.Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities
• Build a sustainable operating model for managing business processes related to Entitlements as a Service to be implemented across platforms, systems and teams
• Identify key stakeholders, roles and responsibilities and governance between the business and T&I
• Propose governance and controls at different levels of entitlements
• Design process of onboarding and offboarding of users, while ensuring aligning to dynamic organization structure
• Instil standardization practices for users such as creating user manual or requirement templates
• Advise and compare on best practices and industry standards with respect to entitlements framework, data strategy (e.g. metadata, information assets) and cost sharing model
• Facilitate problem solving sessions with technical experts. Able to resolve functional challenge with them.
• Gather information with product owners and business users and studying the procedures and systems currently in place versus target state of the system.
• Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.
• May have analysis responsibilities that require skills such as advanced Excel capabilities and SQL
Crucial Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge and experience in client entitlements model, information security, cyber security, functional and data access topics.
• Strong Business Analysis skills: as the functional expert, engage with domain owners around requirements, opportunities and gaps.
• Strong Data Architecture experience including strategy definition and execution.
• Experience of a range of Analytics architectures.
• Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Mental Agility: critical and fast problem solver, comfortable with complexity and making connections that are understandable for others
