Admin Executive / Assistant - Part-Time

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our team. You will work closely with the Managers to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our studios and contribute to creating a positive experience for our students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the overall management and daily operations of the studio.

- Handle front desk duties and attend to general enquiries from parents and visitors.

- Support parents with enrolment enquiries and administrative matters.

- Provide administrative support across various departments.

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of programmes, activities, workshops, and events.

- Oversee general administrative functions and ensure efficient office operations.

- Support employee engagement and staff welfare initiatives.

- Assist with photography, videography, and content creation for marketing and social media purposes.

- Other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.

Comfortable interacting with parents and members of the public.

Organised, detail-oriented, and meticulous in following up on enquiries and requests.

Enjoy planning and coordinating events and activities.

Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.

Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Familiarity with social media platforms, photography, videography, or content creation is an advantage.

Position Details

Part-Time / Internship opportunities available.

Flexible working days and hours.

Minimum commitment of 6 months.

Weekend availability required.
