Responsibilities 
We’re looking for a HR & Administrative Executive in a contract role, to provide general administrative and human resource support. 

  
Provide human resource and office administrative support to the related teams; 
  
Oversee the recruitment process, liaising with hiring managers, candidates and vendors; 
  
Orientate and support the onboarding of new hires; 
  
Process payroll of employees consisting of 60 – 70 people; 
  
Administer claims and assist staff with such processes; 
  
Prepare for income tax reporting as necessary; 
  
Assist with training and development where necessary; 
  
Organise staff activities and ensure that staff welfare is provided; 
  
Ensure that stationery and pantry supplies are well-stocked; 
  
Act as the internal contact point for all administrative and human resource matters. 

Requirements 

  
Diploma in Human Resources Management; 
  
At least 3 years of experience in human resources; 
  
Familiar with payroll processing; 
  
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; 
  
Organisational and multi-tasking skills; 
  
Good communication skills, proficiency in written and verbal English; 
  
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. 

Employment Details 

  
Contract term: 9 months (maternity cover); 
  
Dynamic work environment.
