Archives Records Assistant - 3 months

Our Client:
A national knowledge institution empowering individuals and businesses with knowledge and information as it continuously expands its vast array of reference collections and services. It preserves and makes accessible Singapore's literary and publishing heritage, and intellectual memory
Your key responsibilities will be:

  
Assist in airing and drying of records
  
Assist with the airing and drying of records
  
Help with boxing and labelling of records, and moving of boxes
  
Check and verify the availability of files in each box against records listings
  
Data entry of records listings (type new entries or update existing listings)
  
Any additional duties assigned by supervisor

The Profile We are Looking for:

  
Candidates will be required to handle heavy boxes as part of daily work
  
Meticulous, organized and familiar with repetitive tasks
  
Tasked Oriented and Focused
  
Able to commit till February 2021

Working Hours & Location:

  
Monday to Friday
  
9AM – 5PM (1 hour lunch included)
  
Location: 1 Canning Rise, Singapore 179868
