Commercial Operations Assistant

AxxessBio is currently looking for a Commercial Operations Assistant to join its dynamic team of compassionate and dedicated individuals committed to providing excellent professional services to the patient and medical communities.
This mission is limited to 8 months with possibility of converting to a permanent position.
This position is office based (Singapore) with some visits to customers in hospitals (80-20%)
Starting date: January 2021.
1.   Commercial Activity
a.  Oversee the commercial related activities in Asia such as:
i.  Processing and managing of orders for different countries in Asia
ii.  Raising quotations, purchase orders and invoices and monitoring timely payments
iii.  Monitor for tenders relevant to company product portfolio
b.  Monthly sales reconciliation reporting and monitoring of stock management
c.  Maintains proper records of order processing, sales activity, distribution records
d.  Develops long term relationship with customers especially the hospital and clinic purchasers and pharmacists
2.  Administrative Support
a.  Assist different departments on admin related activities
b.  Familiarize with relevant SOPs and support preparatory activities for the annual audit
c.  Ensure proper filing and traceability of records and documents
3.  Ethics and Compliance
a.  Ensure compliance with relevant external legislations, industry and company codes of conduct and company SOPs
b.  Maintain professional relationship with various stakeholders such as principals, logistics partners, customers, etc…
c.  Embrace a culture of continuous improvement
