Sales Administrator - 3 Months (Cover Maternity Leave)

Responsibility:

• Process Machine Sales, Purchase Order, Shipment Order, Invoice Transaction Online.
• Liaise with factories and dealers to arrange shipping schedule to meet dealer requirements.
• Review original L/Cs and prepare documents for bank and customers to ensure payments
• Provide administration support to machine sales department.

Eligibility:

• Minimum O or A level
• 1~2 years relevant experience
• Willing to learn
• Team player with positive attitude
• Required Skill(s): PC Knowledge, Microsoft Office, Knowledge of shipping documentation at least 2 years.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
