Temporary Admin Assistant

  
Assist in organizing, and coordinate meetings.
  
Organize, coordinate and facilitate annual Work Plan based on strategic directions provided by the Board.
  
Assist in ensuring compliance with the Enhance Code of Governance and adherence to Government requirements.
  
Assist in basic administrative duties as assign by Supervisor

 Requirements:

  
Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  
At least 1 year in a charity sector preferably in governance related work
  
Have knowledge and understanding of the Enhanced Code of Governance
  
A team player who possesses strong analytical skills, excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills
  
Proficient in MS Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint)
