Job Description - Part Time Call Centre Officer / 6.00-9.00 per hour (Order Processing)

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, enquiries and feedback for a food delivery hotline (call center)
Provide accurate and efficient processing of orders

Requirements:

Computer Literate
Able to commit at least 3 months
Has Customer Service experience
Able to commit to a fixed schedule
Able to work at least 16 hours per week

Available Schedules:

Monday to Thursday: 8am to 6pm (can also be blocks of 4 hours)
Monday to Thursday: 6pm to 12am
Friday: 8am to 6pm (can also be blocks of 4 hours)
Friday: 6pm to 4am (can also be blocks of 4 hours)

Additional Information:

Working hours to choose from (Morning, Afternoon and Evening Shifts available)
Contact Centre environment
Working Location at Tampines (Work from Home at the moment due to Covid-19)
Students are welcome to apply
2 days of training
Training fee is S$3.50 per hour
Training allowance will only be paid after completion of three (3) month’s service.
