This position reports to the Project Director / Project Manager and interfacing with Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator.


Job Responsibilities:

  
To be involved in Tender Stage (such as quantity take off, preparing and analysing costing, preparing submission material / documents etc.)
  
To be also involved in project matters during the construction stage
  
Vendor sourcing, negotiation, clarification and tabulation / analysis costing summary
  
Preparation of interim valuation, work assessment and contract variations for vendor
  
Preparation of interim claim, contract variations, feasibility studies to client / consultant
  
Final contract cost finalisation with client / vendor.
  
Preparing monthly cost



Job Requirements

  
Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
  
Possess good cost knowledge and resourceful
  
Good communication and relationship with client / consultant / vendor
  
Able to interpret tender drawings effectively
  
Strong follow up skills of work progress
  
Candidates with limited or no experience are welcome to apply

This programme is under SGUnited Mid-Career / SGUnited Traineeships and candidate must be able to commit for a duration of 9 months.
