Selected trainee will perform the role of an Assistant QA Engineer.
He/she will assist IQC   Engineer in ensuring incoming quality control by ensuring suppliers’ parts   are compiling to the required specifications.
In addition, he/she will   also assist the OQA Engineer in performing outgoing quality assurance for the   completed products, following an outgoing checklist to safeguard products’   quality standards.
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist   Quality Engineer in the following areas
1. Perform incoming inspection
2. Perform inspection on First Article samples and   documentation
3. Monitor all Quality issues related to in-coming inspection   and follow up on effective corrective/preventive actions
4. Perform outgoing quality inspection
5. Create and update inspection checklist to inspect the   outgoing goods.
6. Monitor defects found by customer at outgoing to ensure no   recurrence.
7. Generate product quality report, analyze quality data and   improve product quality
8. Hold / Participate   in Material Review Board meeting with manufacturing, engineering to review non-conformance parts, in process /   outgoing reject disposition
