Part Time Baker / Kitchen Helper

• Maintain the upkeep of the kitchen
• Adhere to the company’s standards in food hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen area
• Assist in the preparation and production of the company’s products (baking and decorating of cupcakes, whole cakes and preparation of ingredients)
• Help the Section Head or other staff in doing inventory at the kitchen
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Working Location: Central Kitchen (Tai Seng)

Requirements

• Applicants with Pastry & Baking Certificate, baking experience and passion for baking and decorating cakes preferred
• MUST have food & hygiene certification
• Good personal presentation, hygiene and food safety skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Applicants who can start work IMMEDIATELY preferred
