Part-Time Board Game Guru / Service Staff

We are Singapore’s newest board game bar & cafe, located in the City Hall / Bras Basah area. We are a cozy place where friends and family can come, leave their phones and worries behind, and just have fun playing games. We also emphasise serving great snacks and drinks, including craft beer, cocktails, and barista coffee, because no hangout is complete without filling our bellies!

Your main duties will include assessing customer preferences to provide board game recommendations, teaching games, and ensuring that customers are having a great time with the games. You will also be in charge of making sure the games are properly stored and ready for play, helping with food and drink service, and cleaning up after customers. 

What we look for:

• Love for board games, preferably with experience playing a wide variety of games (including strategy games). Knowledge of at least 10 board games, including at least 1 strategy game is required. 
• A passion for teaching and introducing people to board games 
• Fun-loving and outgoing personalities
• Good communication skills
• Pay will range from $8 - $9 an hour depending on experience / knowledge of games. Candidates have to be willing to work weekends and public holidays, and commit for a minimum of four months.
