Job Description - Service Crew

Job Description

Serve food, drinks & pastries
Seat customers
Clear & clean tables after customers
Ensure all customers perform SafeEntry & temperature taking
General housekeeping duties (ie. sweeping, wiping windows, organizing utensils & cleaning tables/chairs between each customer)
Communicating with customers to resolve complaints & ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Any experience in F&B
Food Handler Hygiene certificate
Able be flexible to problem solving
Must be clean, proper & presentable
