Service Manager / Service Crew

Main duties and supporting responsibilities

• Provides smooth and efficient service at the Bar/Restaurant, ensuring that standards are met at all times.
• Be familiar with menu/ drinks list to answers guests' queries and give recommendations regarding food, beverage and service to guests.
• Take and serve orders to guests, adhering to the established sequence & procedures.
• Ensure safety and sanitation of the bar.
• Daily stock ordering and monitoring.
• Other daily duties.

• Team player: Values teamwork, has excellent team-building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all team members.
• Good personal grooming & presentation.
• Excellent Bar tending & service skills.
• Able to work split-shifts, weekends and public holidays.
