Job Description - Waiter / Waitress

Ensure all customers orders and requests are completed promptly and satisfactorily
Constantly refill tea for guests as and when required
Perform outlet opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness of service areas
To ensure food preparation and presentation are done as per restaurant’s standard
Work closely and cooperate with all service team to ensure proper delivery of good customer service
Clear the table immediately and reset the table for the next guest when the customer leaves
Report to the Assistant Manager / Supervisor and perform all tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager / Supervisor
Ensure overall cleanliness in the Outlet. Tables and chairs side stations, cashier counter and dining floor in the Outlet are clean and ready for operation including sweeping and mopping the floor, etc, when needed and/or as instructed by the Restaurant Manager on duty
Any other duties as assigned by your superior
