Ensure that all visitors to the hotel public areas comply with prevailing safe management measures, including 1 metre safe distancing, gathering in groups of no more than 5 persons and queue management measures
Ensure that the various areas of the hotels, including but not limited to swimming pool, lobby, do not exceed the maximum allowed capacity
Ensure that all guests going up to guest rooms are registered or to redirect them to the Front Desk
Assist guests with basic resort related inquiries, or to direct guests to hotel staff if unsure
Check that guests have a facility reservation prior to using the swimming pool/gym, to issue towel only upon request after registration
Assist with any other ad hoc duties related to prevailing Safe Management Measures
Requirements
Must be physically fit for long standing duration
Able to perform 12hrs shift (8am to 8pm | 10am to 10pm | 8pm to 8am)
Prior customer service experience preferred
Pleasant personality and strong communication skills.
