Assist consultants and supervisor in closing assignments with speed and efficiency. Develop practical skills from hands-on experience from being part of the end-to-end process of recruitment.
Trainees will report to a supervisor of a specialization.
1. Provide HR Consulting services - talent acquisition, talent management & development, career transition management and new business unit/plant start-up, etc.
2. Assist consultants to ensure effective service delivery
3. Provide research for search assignments, conduct market mapping, gather and collect detailed information specific to an identified pool of talent
4. Conduct timely, cost-effective research to meet and exceed teams’ needs; develop accurate and compelling deliverables before deadlines
5. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with candidates, as well as other internal stakeholders
