Responsibilities:
· Support and coordinate Fujitsu Learning Programs. For example, Leadership, Sales & Consulting.
Duties includes:
o program logistic
o create powerpoint
o general administration
· Promote learning culture by supporting the following learning activities:
o content research
o curate eLearning materials
o create learning pathway in LinkedIn Learning
o Powerpoint creation
o promote learning programs in Compass (intranet) and Yammer
o monitor and follow-up on e-Learning progress
o create blasts for learning initiatives / support marketing of the programs
o general administration
· Various ad hoc tasks as assigned for example, data collection, prepare presentation slides etc
Requirements:
· Major in Business Management, Business Administration or Human Resources Management
· Committed and willing to learn
· Strong communication skills
· Self-motivated, Enthusiastic
· Effective organizational and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
· Strong in excel and powerpoint
