Job Description - Assistant Manager (3P Network Division/Marketing Communications Department) - Part-Time

What the role is

The 3P Network Division (3PND) develops and integrates the client's educational and publicity initiatives and programmes for the 3P (People, Public and Private) sectors. The Marketing Communications Department in 3PND conceptualises and implements integrated marketing communications campaigns such as Clean Public Toilets, National Dengue Prevention, Recycle Right and Say YES to Waste Less.

The role of the Assistant Manager (Digital Media) is to execute data-driven digital media strategies that aim to enhance public awareness, foster engagement, and inspire positive environmental action.

Job Scope:

  • Execute digital media strategies for the client's marketing campaigns, and optimise engagement on the client's social media channels and other digital platforms.
  • Assist in the management of CGS social media channels and their content line-up.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, and analyse data to identify areas for optimization and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Support efforts to foster an engaged digital community of environmental enthusiasts and advocates.
  • Coordinate with campaign teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout all touchpoints. Work closely with creative, media and social media agencies to achieve timely campaign execution and effective outcomes.
  • Perform procurement duties in adherence to public sector procurement policies and processes; assist in the tracking and management of budgets and payments.

Requirements:

  • Background / Degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, marketing or content development.
  • Has experience in utilising digital ad-buying platforms, social listening tools and data analytics tools to measure and optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and analytical abilities.
  • Self-driven and well-organised to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in content creation for social media platforms, graphic design or video production is a plus.

Working Location: Scotts Road

Duration of contract: 3 months

Salary: $19-$24/hour
