Digital Marketing Intern (Laneige)

The ideal candidate will take on the role of Digital Marketing Intern and be able to commit a full time internship from December 2020 to May 2021. He/she will support marketing team in e-commerce and digital marketing operations. The candidate will be eligible for a conversion to a permanent role at the end of the internship, subjected to his/her performance throughout the period.


Job Responsibilities:


1.1 CREATIVE SUPPORT

  
To assist in dropping stocks and GWP orders on behalf of Digital team
  
To assist in transferring stocks and GWP according to monthly promo mechanics
  
To monitor and flag out stocks which are nearly out of stock (OOS)
  
To create BOM codes for sets according to our monthly promo mechanics

1.2 DIGITAL

  
To assist in the creation and adaptation of Monthly SIS banners and Campaign based banners needed for SIS and platform exposure
  
To assist in creation adaptation of product images into platform required size and design
  
Assist in customer service during mega campaign periods
  
Assist in creation of addtional ad-hoc images when needed (organic posting)

1.3 OTHERS

  
Raise invoices for vendors (warehouse, vouchers, tax invoices, social media agency)

Skill Sets:

  
Completed degree in business/marketing/communications/digital media 
  
Passion for beauty industry
  
Strong interest in design work
  
Excellent interpersonal skills & strong team player with ability to meet timeline
  
Required knowledge & proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, or design software
  
Eye for detail and flair for copywriting
  
Ecommerce Key metric analysis
