Trainee will be supporting the Company’s E-commerce business through direct management of the Company’s E-commerce platforms. Trainee will also play a key role in inventory management.


Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer enquiries regarding products
  
Monitor, process and arranging delivery for online orders
  
Participate in E-commerce marketing proposal and strategy planning
  
Publish product listing, creating product promotions and e-vouchers on various E-commerce platforms
  
Fulfil stock requisition from outlets
  
Perform stock take to update the inventory count and monitor inventory status
  
Coordinate with vendors for stock acquisition
  
Creating PLU code for new stocks
  
Conduct quality checks for stocks

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:

  
Knowledge on the Company & E-commerce products
  
Familiar with E-commerce platforms
  
Active participation in the processes of E-commerce marketing proposal and implementation of approved marketing strategies
  
Customer Service Skills
  
Knowledge on Inventory Software and Management
  
Logistics Coordination

Eligibility Criteria

  
Singaporean / PR with Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics or equivalent or Degree in Marketing with specialization in E-commerce
  
Graduated in 2019 or graduating in 2020
  
Meticulous, proactive and good organization skills
  
Strong communication skills
  
Able to speak English and Mandarin

Traineeship Duration: 12 months
